The bill (Reg. No6329) introduced by the Cabinet of Ministers envisages concentration of the principal functions regarding the mechanism of reporting and check procedure regarding the allowance and payment of insurance premium for the compulsory state social insurance by the insurance companies in the bodies of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
The Committee members upheld the idea of the bill on simplification of the mechanism of the mechanism of reporting and check procedure regarding the allowance and payment of insurance premium for the compulsory state social insurance by the insurance companies as well as the reduction of the quantity of controlling bodies.
Though, the Committee members expressed a number of remarks regarding the norms of the bill.
In general, the People´s Deputies deem the bill is to be adopted taking into the consideration expressed propositions and amendments.
